📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
• Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations to maintain high standards of service.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special events and promotions.
• Ensure the restaurant meets all quality and service standards set by One Food Group.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in managing staff, operations, and customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Proficiency in using POS systems, inventory management software, and other relevant hospitality tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
