📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Host live streaming events with high energy and professionalism, engaging audiences and driving viewer interaction.
Promote products and services effectively during broadcasts, highlighting key features and benefits.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute live streaming strategies that align with company goals.
Use OBS Studio and other live streaming tools to ensure smooth and high-quality broadcasts.
Monitor audience engagement and provide real-time feedback to the marketing team.
Stay updated with the latest trends in live streaming and digital marketing to continuously improve performance.
Assist in the setup and troubleshooting of live streaming equipment.
Participate in sales calls and promotions during live events to drive immediate sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a live streaming host or similar role, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and entertain audiences.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Familiarity with live streaming tools such as OBS Studio, Zoom, and social media live features.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for storytelling and engaging content.
Minimum 2 years of experience in live streaming or related fields.
