📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inspections of all hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, back offices, and operational zones.
• Work closely with the housekeeping team to maintain the highest cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Use Cleanliness Inspection Checklists and Housekeeping Management Software to track and report on inspection findings.
• Analyze inspection data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
• Use tools like Data Studio and Google Sheets to visualize and communicate inspection data.
• Ensure all hotel facilities comply with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to address any issues or concerns identified during inspections.
• Provide training and support to the housekeeping team to ensure they understand and adhere to cleanliness and hygiene standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a DW Engineer or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of maintaining high cleanliness and hygiene standards in a hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
• Proficiency in using Cleanliness Inspection Checklists and Housekeeping Management Software.
• Experience with data analysis tools like Data Studio and Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
