🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities engineering, with a focus on HVAC, electrical, or wastewater systems.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
• Certification in energy management or sustainability practices is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
