📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the grounds maintenance team, ensuring high-quality standards and timely completion of tasks.
• Plan and execute maintenance projects using AutoCAD and GIS software to optimize efficiency and resource usage.
• Develop and implement sustainable landscaping practices to enhance the resort's environmental footprint.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source high-quality materials and equipment.
• Train and mentor team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the resort's management team to align grounds maintenance activities with overall resort goals and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in grounds maintenance, with a focus on landscaping and horticulture.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Certification in Sustainable Landscaping Practices or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and GIS software.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
