PT Energi Bangka Belitung is seeking a visionary Director of Energy Transition to lead our efforts in transforming the energy landscape of Bangka Belitung. This is a pivotal role in a region rich with natural resources, where we are committed to transitioning towards sustainable and renewable energy solutions. In this role, you will work closely with government agencies, industry stakeholders, and international partners to develop and implement policies that foster a greener future.

As the Director of Energy Transition, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of renewable energy projects, managing partnerships with local and international organizations, and ensuring compliance with national and international environmental standards. You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and sustainability in the energy sector.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategies for the transition to renewable energy sources in Bangka Belitung.
• Oversee the development and management of renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, and geothermal.
• Collaborate with government agencies, industry stakeholders, and international partners to align energy policies with sustainability goals.
• Manage partnerships and collaborations with local and international organizations to drive innovation and sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with national and international environmental standards and regulations.
• Lead and mentor a team of energy transition specialists and project managers.
• Represent PT Energi Bangka Belitung in national and international forums on energy transition and sustainability.
• Monitor and report on the progress of energy transition initiatives and their impact on the region.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Energy Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Master's degree or PhD in Energy Transition, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in energy transition and renewable energy projects.
• Proven track record of leading and managing large-scale energy transition initiatives.
• Strong understanding of national and international environmental standards and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in energy management or a related field is a plus.
