📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the daily operations of the automotive workshop, including scheduling appointments and coordinating with mechanics.
• Process insurance claims and communicate with insurance companies and customers.
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs, inventory, and customer information.
• Ensure that all repairs are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor workshop performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Manage workshop inventory, including ordering and maintaining stock levels.
• Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive workshop management or a related field.
• Proven experience in processing insurance claims and working with insurance companies.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, mechanics, and insurance companies.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for inventory and record-keeping.
