📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize fish farming practices, enhance productivity, and ensure ecological balance.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) using advanced tools such as AquaSoft and AquaLog.
• Conduct regular water quality tests and implement corrective measures to maintain optimal conditions for fish health.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and execute sustainable aquaculture projects, adhering to regional and national regulations.
• Provide technical support and training to farm staff on best practices in aquaculture management.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies and investors.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in aquaculture technology and research, and incorporate relevant innovations into our operations.
• Participate in field visits and on-site assessments to evaluate farm performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in aquaculture analysis or a similar role in the fisheries sector.
• Proficiency in using aquaculture management software such as AquaSoft and AquaLog.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of Indonesian aquaculture regulations and best practices.
• Certification in water quality management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
