📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of road maintenance teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular inspections of national roads to identify maintenance needs and potential hazards.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and local authorities to plan and implement road construction and repair projects.
• Monitor the quality of road construction and maintenance work, ensuring compliance with national standards and regulations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive records of road maintenance activities and project progress.
• Provide technical guidance and support to road maintenance teams, promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Participate in emergency response efforts, including road repairs and maintenance during natural disasters or other unforeseen events.
• Represent the Ministry of Public Works and Housing in community engagement and outreach activities related to road infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in road maintenance, construction, or a similar field, with a proven track record of successful project management.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian road construction and maintenance standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Proficiency in using road maintenance software, such as RoadCare, Pavement ME, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Certification in road safety and management, such as the Certified Road Safety Professional (CRSP) or similar, is a plus.
• Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
