Sehati Dian Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring our products meet customer needs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers on our products and services.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance our offerings.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our brand.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the coffee or food industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong knowledge of coffee products, brewing methods, and industry trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior.
