Pan Pacific Hotels Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Bali. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about the hospitality industry and has a proven track record in managing sales teams and driving revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales efforts for our luxury hotels and ensuring the success of our Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events (MICE) business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives.,Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth.,Oversee the planning and execution of MICE events, ensuring client satisfaction and event success.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities and threats.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of sales activities with marketing, operations, and customer service.,Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the hospitality or MICE industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.,Knowledge of the local market and industry trends in Bali.,Familiarity with sales management software and tools.
