📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue sales opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.,Develop and present compelling sales proposals to potential clients.,Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.,Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
