Root Den Nusantara is looking for a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive the best dining experience possible. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe and clean dining environment.,Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance, working closely with the accounting team.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop the restaurant staff to ensure they meet the high standards of service and quality.,Monitor customer feedback and make necessary improvements to enhance the dining experience.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared to the highest standards and delivered on time.,Maintain strong communication with the team and ensure that all staff members are motivated and productive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food service industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and customers.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as food handling and preparation standards.,Experience with budgeting, financial management, and marketing strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with remote management tools and technologies.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
