📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the stores, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.,Manage and supervise a team of store staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of productivity and service quality.,Monitor and analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role in the retail or hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
