📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise office staff to ensure efficient and effective office operations.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.,Maintain and organize office records, files, and documents.,Handle office supplies, equipment, and inventory management.,Assist in organizing and planning office events, meetings, and activities.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.,Handle customer inquiries and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.
