📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and design effective training solutions to address them.,Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain learning materials, including e-learning modules, manuals, and other resources.,Monitor the progress of learning and development initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure that learning and development activities are integrated into the overall business strategy.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs and make necessary adjustments to improve their impact.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
