In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our restaurant sites, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain restaurant equipment and facilities.,Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Train and supervise staff to maintain high standards of service.,Monitor and report on site performance and resolve any issues promptly.,Conduct regular inspections to ensure food safety and quality.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Assist in the development and implementation of site improvement projects.,Maintain accurate records of site activities and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with restaurant management software and tools.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
