📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate banquet services from start to finish
  • Ensure all banquet events run smoothly and according to the agreed schedule
  • Interact with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent service
  • Supervise and train banquet staff to maintain high standards
  • Handle any issues or complaints that may arise during events
  • Maintain accurate records of all banquet services provided
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of banquet menus
  • Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed during banquet events

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in banquet services or a related field
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with banquet equipment and facilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Indonesian culture and customs is a plus
  • Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages
