PT Karya Fajar is looking for a dedicated HR Staff to join our team in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about human resources and wants to make a difference in our organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative duties. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with the management team to ensure the smooth operation of our HR functions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Support the HR team in organizing and coordinating training and development programs.
  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide information on company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and data analysis related to HR metrics.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of HR strategies.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and tools.
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Valid ID and able to work in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat.
