📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements using SAP and QuickBooks.
• Ensure accurate and timely tax filings and compliance with Indonesian tax regulations using TaxGenius and other tax software.
• Monitor and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct regular financial reviews and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with internal policies.
• Maintain and update financial records and documents, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide training to team members on new requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and tax accounting, preferably in a technology company or similar industry.
• Proficiency in using SAP, QuickBooks, and tax software like TaxGenius.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
