In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients with a wide range of endocrine disorders. You will work closely with our team of specialists, nurses, and support staff to ensure the highest quality of care. Our practice uses state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and treatment protocols, including advanced imaging and laboratory equipment, to deliver accurate and effective care.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Diagnose and treat patients with a variety of endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid conditions, and hormonal imbalances.
• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood tests, imaging studies, and hormonal analyses.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients, including medication management, lifestyle modifications, and referral to other specialists when necessary.
• Provide patient education and counseling to help patients understand their conditions and adhere to treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure coordinated and compassionate care for patients.
• Participate in continuing medical education and stay updated on the latest advancements in endocrinology.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new medical protocols and procedures to improve patient care and outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification or eligibility in Endocrinology from the Indonesian Medical Council or equivalent.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in endocrinology, with a focus on diabetes management and hormonal disorders.
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and the medical team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems, such as Epic or Cerner, is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary healthcare environment.
