📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.,Ensure the safety and security of the warehouse and its employees, adhering to all health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in stock management.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Implement and monitor warehouse processes to improve efficiency and productivity.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Train and develop warehouse staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.,Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods environment.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and processes.,Experience in inventory management and control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
