📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and overstocks.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of goods.,Monitor warehouse safety and compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Analyze warehouse performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.,Plan and execute warehouse maintenance and improvement projects.,Ensure accurate and timely reporting of warehouse activities and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven experience in leading and managing a team of warehouse staff.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and processes.,Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
