As a Deputy Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily accounting activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and other accounting reports.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Monitor and control cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity and financial stability.,Provide financial advice and support to the management team on financial matters.,Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants to ensure high standards of work and professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
