📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed.,Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.,Train and supervise junior staff.,Assist in food cost control and menu planning.,Participate in inventory management and quality control processes.,Work efficiently during peak hours and special events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
