📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Coordinate employee orientation and onboarding processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to employees.,Support the HR Manager in managing employee benefits and compensation.,Assist in the preparation and administration of payroll.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
