📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet and exceed performance goals.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to foster long-term business growth.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities and threats.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the vape industry.,Conduct regular market research to inform business decisions and strategies.,Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.,Oversee the development and implementation of training programs for sales staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the vape or related industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.,Strong knowledge of the vape market, including regulations, trends, and competition.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
