We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Bali. This role is crucial for overseeing the M&E (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the entire quantity surveying process for M&E infrastructure projects.,Ensure accurate and timely measurement of materials, labor, and equipment.,Monitor project budgets and provide regular financial reports.,Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations for cost savings.,Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Provide technical support and guidance to junior quantity surveyors.,Prepare and present cost reports to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.,Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the M&E infrastructure sector.,Strong understanding of Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.,Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with project management software and tools.,Knowledge of English is a plus.
