📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Process and record financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.,Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting regulations and internal policies.,Train and mentor junior accounting staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
