📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials.,Achieve and exceed sales targets to contribute to the company's overall success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
