📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analyses and job descriptions to ensure accurate and up-to-date job postings.,Sourcing and attracting top talent through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screening and evaluating resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates.,Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, knowledge, and cultural fit.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Providing feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and other recruitment software is a plus.,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
