📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of a specific section within the medical center.Ensure that all staff members are properly trained and equipped to provide high-quality patient care.Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff members, providing feedback and support as needed.Collaborate with other department heads to ensure that all aspects of patient care are coordinated and integrated.Participate in staff meetings and other professional development opportunities.Represent the medical center at local and regional healthcare conferences and events.Assist in the development and implementation of the medical center's strategic plan.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant healthcare field, such as nursing, medicine, or healthcare administration.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.Proficiency in using common office software, such as Microsoft Office.Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.Valid professional license or certification in a relevant healthcare field.🛠️ Keahlian
