JUNCTION Mandiri is looking for a dedicated and passionate HR Staff to join our team in Mempawah. As an HR Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in various aspects of human resources management. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks such as processing payroll, benefits administration, and employee onboarding.,Assist in organizing and facilitating employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and conflicts, in a fair and impartial manner.,Support the HR team in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives to support the company's goals and objectives.,Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the HR field.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.
