📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the grounds maintenance team, ensuring high-quality standards and timely completion of tasks.
Plan and execute maintenance projects using AutoCAD and GIS software to optimize efficiency and resource usage.
Develop and implement sustainable landscaping practices to enhance the resort's environmental footprint.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source high-quality materials and equipment.
Train and mentor team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Monitor and maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and materials.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement safety protocols.
Collaborate with the resort's management team to align grounds maintenance activities with overall resort goals and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in grounds maintenance, with a focus on landscaping and horticulture.
Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
Certification in Sustainable Landscaping Practices or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and GIS software.
Strong understanding of environmental regulations and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
