Market Bold Pratama is seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Tutor to join our team in Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the lead tutor in delivering high-quality education and training programs to our students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in their field of expertise and a passion for mentoring and developing others.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the lead tutor in planning and delivering educational and training programs.,Conduct one-on-one and group sessions to provide guidance and support to students.,Monitor student progress and provide feedback to ensure they are meeting learning objectives.,Develop and implement lesson plans and teaching materials.,Collaborate with the lead tutor and other team members to create a positive and engaging learning environment.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new developments in education and training.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new students.,Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a tutor or instructor.,Strong knowledge of the subject matter and ability to teach effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid teaching or training certification (preferred).,Experience with educational technology and online learning platforms (preferred).
