📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and scheduling interviews.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a database of potential candidates and update it regularly.,Conduct initial screening interviews and provide feedback to the recruitment team.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Support the recruitment team in achieving recruitment targets.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other recruitment software.
