📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain relationships with property developers.
- Ensure that listings on Barubaru.id are accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote Barubaru.id.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships with potential partners.
- Provide exceptional customer service to property developers and users of Barubaru.id.
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to the marketing team.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure that property developers are meeting their sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the property tech industry.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the property market in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Familiarity with property listing platforms and marketing tools.
- Ability to travel occasionally for business purposes.
